1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IPC's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
IPC provides professional pest control services including but not limited to cockroach control, termite treatment, bedbug treatment, mosquito control, rodent control, and wood borer treatment in Bangalore and surrounding areas.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Service bookings are subject to technician availability in your area
- Prices are quoted before service commencement and are binding upon acceptance
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers
4. Service Guarantee
We offer a free re-treatment guarantee if pests return within the warranty period specified at the time of service. Warranty periods vary by service type:
- Cockroach Control: 30 days
- Termite Treatment: Up to 5 years (pre-construction)
- Bedbug Treatment: 45 days
- Mosquito Control: 30 days
- Rodent Control: 30 days
The guarantee is void if the customer does not follow post-treatment instructions provided by our technician.
5. Customer Obligations
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Disclose any health conditions, allergies, or pets that may be relevant to treatment
6. Limitation of Liability
IPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled with at least 2 hours notice without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service visit fee.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
